Shipping

All original art pieces will be shipped within 7 business days of receiving the order. Commissions are not included in this estimate, neither are prints due to printing & shipping from third party. Tracking information will be given once order has been shipped. Items will be shipped via USPS or UPS. Please let me know if there is any damage to the item. I do not accept returns or accept liability for damaged items, but I do want you to be happy and I will do my best to mitigate the damage. 

Shipping- Prints

Prints require an additional 14 business days to the original 5-7 day shipping estimate. I do not print the pieces myself, I outsource to another company, so I am dependent on when the company can complete the print. If you need it by a certain date, please email me (nicoleschmitzstudio@gmail.com) for rush shipping options BEFORE placing the order. 

REVISED 11/22/22 ** Shipping & Returns- Ornaments 

Ornaments will be shipped within 7 business days of ordering. A flat $8 fee is applicable to all orders. No local pick up or drop offs. If ornament is damaged in transit, please let me know within 2 days of receiving the ornament. I am not issuing refunds due to ornaments being damaged in transit, but I will recreate the ornament for you based on material availability. 

Deposits

I require a non-refundable 50% deposit at the time of ordering commission. The client understands my capabilities and skill level from viewing examples of my previous work, and understands the outcome of the commission piece will be completely subjective to my style and perception of examples given. Full payment is due upon completion of painting and prior to shipment or local delivery.

Returns

All painting sales are final. Paintings must be examined after being delivered. Please contact me within 7 days of receiving painting if you have any concerns or questions. For commissioned pieces, I will send photo updates in natural light so there is no question as to what the painting will look like once it arrives. I want to make sure every client is 100% satisfied with their painting, so if you have any concerns before purchasing please make sure to email nicoleschmitzstudio@gmail.com.
