The peacefulness of the end of the work day- it looked a little different for my sister and I growing up at the beach. We both worked 4-5 days a week pushing the Italian ice carts along the shoreline, and after a long day in the heat walking up and down that stretch of sand we were TIRED. But I miss those days so, and this painting is meant to represent the stillness of the clearing beach between 4-5 pm and how perfect those summers at home were. 

All canvases are varnished using a gloss finish to preserve the colors and give UV protection. I do not offer framing at this time. If you live in the Columbia, Myrtle Beach, or Charleston areas, you can inquire about local delivery options.
