Refund policy
Due to the nature of our work and the time, effort, and resources involved in preparing and providing custom artwork and services, all sales are final and we are unable to offer refunds.
Only exception to refund policy is in the event that products are damaged upon receiving, but please contact nicoleschmitzstudio@gmail.com with the Order Number and photo of damaged product within 7 business days of receiving order.
Exchanges are accepted for same priced items.
